1. Participation in Volunteering Opportunities

Participation in Human'Kind'ness Club events is voluntary and open to high school students interested in community service.
Some volunteering activities may have age restrictions, waivers, or parental consent requirements depending on our partner organizations' policies.
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner while participating in any event organized or promoted by the club.

2. Personal Information & Privacy

When signing up for events or contacting us, you may provide your name and email address. We only use this information for event organization, communication, and record-keeping.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
By participating in club events, you may be photographed or included in promotional materials. If you do not wish to appear in any club-related photos, please inform us in writing at human.kindness.club.24@gmail.com.

3. Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive environment, participants must:

Show respect to all volunteers, event organizers, and community members.
Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during events.
Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Be punctual and committed to attending events they sign up for.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from club activities.

4. External Organizations & Third-Party Events

The Human'Kind'ness Club partners with other non-profits, schools, and organizations to offer service opportunities.
Some events may be hosted by third parties, and their rules, safety policies, and liability waivers may apply.
We are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or issues that occur at third-party events.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Human'Kind'ness Club is a student-led, non-profit organization. While we take precautions to ensure a safe and positive experience, we are not liable for personal injuries, lost belongings, or other damages that may occur during club activities.
By participating, you acknowledge that volunteering involves inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for your personal safety and well-being.
